Please note, Our Roots is not an emergency service for mental health problems. We are a therapy service available through referrals and appointments only.

Our waiting lists are sometimes longer than usual, please be patient with us. For any cases of emergency, such as suicidal thoughts or if you are at risk of harm, please contact one of the following:
